Amazon’s system reconciles your inventory so that you don’t have to do it yourself. But that system is still not perfect so there are cases when some of your items that were damaged, lost or destroyed by the carrier, in the warehouse, or on the way through the buyer’s location, even customer returns are not refunded automatically. Amazon FBA Fees and long-term storage fees are great candidates for reimbursements, too.

VPRO offers Amazon FBA Refunds service. We can file cases on your behalf and take care of the process, all you need to do is to wait for the reimbursements to come in. We will run a thorough review of your inventory payments, refunds, customer concessions, etc, file cases fo reimbursement and monitor the cases until they are all cleared. We only charge 15% out of the total reimbursement amount. No more, no less.

For regular clients, we’re also running a promotion to only charge 10% if Amazon seller commits to having their inventory reconciled monthly for the next 6 months. Requires $500 non-refundable commitment fee.
